(English follows) Des jeunes âgés de 13 à 17 ans mettrons à l’œuvre leur savoir-faire, cet été, dans les environs de Châteauguay, en offrant leurs services à la population par l’entremise de la COOP détermination jeunesse.
C’est une initiative du Carrefour jeunesse-emploi de Châteauguay. Parmi ces jeunes travailleurs, certains en sont à leur première expérience sur le marché du travail. Jusqu’à la mi-août, les citoyens des alentours pourront faire appel à eux pour l’entretien de leur pelouse, entretien ménager, désherbage, gardiennage et plusieurs autres menus travaux. En plus des tâches demandées sur les contrats, ce groupe d’adolescents doit aussi gérer le fonctionnement de la coopérative. Chapeautés par les animatrices Charlotte Boulanger Tisseur et Maude Lemieux, les membres de la coop doivent également prendre part à trois comités; celui des finances, du marketing et des ressources humaines. Determined youths offer their services
Youths aged 13 to 17 will put to work their savoir-faire this summer in and around Chateauguay by offering their services to the general public through the Youth Determination Coop.
@R:This is an initiative of the Chateauguay Youth Jobs Crossroads. Among these young workers, some of them are in their first experience in the job market. Until mid-August, citizens of neighbouring towns will be able to call them to cut their grass, do housekeeping, weeding, gardening and several other types of work. In addition to doing some tasks requested in contracts, this group of adolescents must also manage the functioning of the coop. Supervised by animators Charlotte Boulanger Tisseur and Maude Lemieux, the members of the coop must also take part on three committees : finance, marketing and human resources.
