None of the fires spread to buildings and no one was injured, chief of operations Patrice Greer confirmed to Le Soleil.
“We are telling people to be more and more security-conscious because it is very dry,” Greer emphasized.
One of the brushfires entailed the closure of Bourdon Avenue during the time it took to extinguish the flames.
