Ce par l’entremise d’un sondage en ligne, qu’il est possible de remplir de manière «totalement anonyme», souligne la Ville de Châteauguay dans un communiqué. Celle-ci avait mis sur pied, en janvier 2018, un «comité cannabis» dans le but de préparer le terrain à la légalisation de cette substance par le gouvernement fédéral. «La mise en ligne du sondage s’inscrit dans cette démarche, alors que le comité désire connaître l’avis des citoyens avant d’émettre ses recommandations au conseil municipal», précise la Ville. Le sondage est accessible uniquement par la plateforme B-CITI, à laquelle les citoyens peuvent s’inscrire en se créant un compte (chateauguay.b-citi.com).
