Summum Immobilier, the company mandated with building this complex, confirmed to Le Soleil that the work began in January of 2022.  According to the real-estate developer, the new building will house a new depanneur, a three-pump service station, a car wash, a restaurant, as well as several office spaces on the second floor. The building will offer 20,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and approximately 13,800 square feet of office space on the second floor.

“At the moment, a Petro-Canada and a Tim Horton’s will occupy the space. There is also an adjacent vacant section which could eventually be used for residential purposes,” indicated Alain Lemay, the owner of the site.

The businesses should open during the month of June 2022. According to Mr. Lemay, five to six million dollars will have been invested in the development and construction of the project.
