City buys property on boulevard Pierre-Boursier

Châteauguay acquires property at 390, boulevard Pierre-Boursier for $450,000.

Announced at the July City Council meeting, this new purchase will be used to extend the future vegetated slope that will be required of companies establishing themselves in the Pierre-Boursier Boulevard sector, in order to create a buffer zone between the industrial and residential sectors at this location. In June, residents of boulevard Pierre-Boursier told the newspaper that they had been experiencing numerous inconveniences since work began on the Châteauguay’s Industrial Park.
